Google Profile Photo Link and Gmail ID:
ASSET FACT collects the Google Profile Photo link and Gmail ID associated with your Google account. This information is obtained with your explicit consent when you log in using your Google account. The Gmail ID is used solely for user identification and app communication purpose.
Asset details and related information:
ASSET FACT collects the asset details and other related information from the user as a part of application workflow. We don't share your provided information to any third parties.
We use the Google Profile Photo link for the sole purpose of displaying your profile picture within the ASSET FACT app. The Gmail ID is used to identify valid users and is not shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties. The Gmail ID is also used to deliver your ASSET FACT account summary or events to your inbox. We do not use this information for any purpose other than enhancing your experience within the ASSET FACT app.
ASSET FACT prioritizes the security of the information collected and stored within the app. While we implement reasonable measures to protect your data, it's important to note that no security measures are foolproof, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
We do not share, sell, or disclose your Google Profile Photo link or Gmail ID or the Asset details to any third parties. Your information is strictly confidential and is used only within the ASSET FACT app for user identification and profile display purposes and app intended purpose.
We have provided option for you to download the information that you fed in the app. You can also delete your account with the data from our application. When you delete the data, it is a hard delete and there are no backup resides in the system. Performing a backup before the delete is the sole responsibility of the user.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. Please review the privacy policies of those sites separately.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us, and we will promptly delete such information.
